Article 1: Purpose
The Provider agrees to offer and deliver services through Troving’s platform (app & dashboard) under this Agreement and applicable platform policies.
Article 2: Provider Obligations
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date profile and listing data.
- Deliver services as listed (quality, timing, price, location, terms).
- Comply with booking, cancellation, refund, and payment policies.
- Respond to bookings within required timelines.
- Refrain from prohibited/unlicensed services.
- Protect customer data; no off-platform solicitation.
Article 3: Troving Obligations
- Provide the technical platform to showcase services.
- Facilitate bookings, payments, and status notifications.
- Provide adequate technical/administrative support.
- Transfer payouts per the agreed schedules.
Article 4: Fees & Commissions
- Commission of [%] is deducted from each successful booking.
- Payouts are transferred within [7–14] days after service completion.
- Troving is not liable for delays due to incorrect bank details.
Article 5: Cancellations & Refunds
- Provider-specific cancellation policy applies to each service.
- If the Provider cancels without valid reason, the customer is fully refunded and a [%] penalty or violation may apply.
- Troving mediates disputes neutrally and may issue a final decision in good faith.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
Provider retains ownership of content and grants Troving a non-exclusive, free license to display and market it on and off the platform.
Article 7: Liability
The Provider is solely responsible for service quality and safety; Troving acts as a technology intermediary and is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from fulfillment.
Article 8: Term & Termination
- Effective upon acceptance; continues until further notice.
- Either party may terminate with 15 days’ prior written notice.
- Troving may terminate immediately in case of material breach.
Article 9: Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by Egyptian law; Cairo courts have jurisdiction where amicable resolution fails.
Article 10: General
- No assignment or transfer without written consent.
- Official notices via parties’ registered emails.
- Legally binding upon signature or digital acceptance in-app.
