Article 1: Definitions
“Provider”: any person/entity offering services (accommodation, food, trips, transport, activities). “Customer”: end user booking via the app. “Service”: any listing by the Provider. “Administration”: Troving.
Article 2: Registration & Vetting
- Provider must be the owner or a duly authorized representative.
- Accurate, complete, and up-to-date information is required.
- Troving may reject/cancel non-compliant or misleading accounts; initial review applies before listings go live.
Article 3: Managing Listings
- Provider bears full responsibility for listing content (images, text, pricing) and timely updates.
- Fake/unavailable listings are prohibited; per-service cancellation policy may be set by the Provider.
Article 4: Quality Commitments
- Services must match the in-app description; material deviations may trigger enforcement.
- Accounts may be suspended/terminated upon repeated complaints or consistently poor ratings.
Article 5: Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are received via dashboard/app with instant notifications; accept/decline within required windows.
- Payouts are remitted periodically after deducting the agreed commission; Provider is responsible for accurate bank details.
Article 6: Cancellation & Refund
- Provider may set a clear cancellation policy; if Provider cancels without valid reason, the Customer is fully refunded.
- Troving may mediate disputes under a fair internal support mechanism.
Article 7: Customer Reviews
- Reviews are part of platform transparency; removal only for explicit policy violations. Providers may respond respectfully.
Article 8: Liability
Troving acts as a technology intermediary; the Provider is solely responsible for service quality, safety, and legal compliance.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
Provider grants Troving the right to use uploaded images/content for marketing on and off the app while retaining ownership.
Article 10: Amendments
Troving may amend these Terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Article 11: Termination
Provider may close the account if no active bookings exist; Troving may terminate without prior notice upon material breach.
Article 12: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Egyptian law; Cairo courts have jurisdiction.
