Article 1: Definitions
- User: Any person using the app to book a service from a service provider.
- Service Provider: Any person or entity offering services through the app.
- Service: Any service offered via the app (accommodation, food, trips, transportation, activities, etc.).
- We / Company: Troving, the owner and operator of the app.
Article 2: Account Creation & App Use
- Users must be 18 years of age or older.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
- Accounts registered with the same devices or temporary emails may be suspended pending identity verification.
- Creating multiple accounts to resell or unfairly exploit promotions is prohibited; any fraud results in permanent closure of related accounts.
- We may restrict your access to the app, website, and services—or block purchases—where misuse is suspected, acting reasonably.
Article 3: Booking & Payment
- Services and prices are displayed transparently by service providers and may vary by availability and demand.
- Users must pay through the approved in-app payment methods.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed and a confirmation notice is received in-app or via email.
- Some bookings may require manual verification with the provider to ensure availability prior to final confirmation.
- Troving may modify or deactivate any promo code at any time without prior notice to ensure fair and balanced promotional use.
Article 4: Cancellation & Refund
- Users may cancel bookings subject to the service-specific policy set by each provider.
- Cancellation and refund policies vary by provider and should be reviewed before booking.
- Refunds (full or partial) are processed according to the provider’s policy, payment method, and stated timelines.
- Reasonable administrative fees may apply where relevant.
Article 5: User Conduct
- Users must use the app lawfully, respectfully, and for its intended purpose.
- Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful use is strictly prohibited.
- Circumventing fees or policies by contacting providers directly outside the app is prohibited.
Article 6: Reviews & Ratings
- Users may rate services after actual experience.
- Reviews must be objective and free from abuse, incitement, or privacy violations.
- We may review or remove content that violates our policies.
Article 7: Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property in the app and its content is owned by or licensed to Troving.
- No part of the app or its content may be copied, modified, or reused without prior written consent.
Article 8: Limitation of Liability
- Troving acts solely as a digital intermediary between users and service providers.
- Troving bears no direct responsibility for the quality or performance of services provided by providers.
- Disputes between users and providers will be handled under our support and protection policy, in coordination with both parties.
Article 9: Changes to the Terms
- We may amend these Terms at any time.
- Users will be notified through the app or by email.
- Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 10: Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- The courts of Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed.
Article 11: Tax Invoices
For purchases at a given merchant, a printed invoice issued by the merchant serves as the legally valid tax document for expense proof. For an online tax invoice, you must contact Troving (or Customer Support chat) before completing the purchase so our team can process the request.
